PartyOnRent provides event-related services including:

• Rental of chairs, tables, and event equipment
• Balloon decoration and event setup
• Catering services
• Event support services

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be confirmed with advance payment.
• Prices may vary based on requirements, location, and customization.
• Full payment must be completed before or at the time of service (unless agreed otherwise).
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the event.
• Advance payments may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on preparation costs.
• No refund for last-minute cancellations or same-day cancellations.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days.

5. Delivery & Setup

• We aim for timely delivery and setup; however, delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.
• The customer must provide proper access and space for setup.
• Any delay caused by the customer may result in additional charges.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for the safety of rented items during the event.
• Any damage, loss, or theft of items will be charged accordingly.
• Proper permissions (society, venue, etc.) must be arranged by the customer.

7. Damage & Liability

• PartyOnRent is not responsible for:
  • Any injury or damage during the event
  • Issues caused by third-party vendors
• Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service.

8. Use of Images & Content

We may use photos/videos of event setups for marketing and promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

9. Pricing & Changes

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Navi Mumbai.
